It works! I started last Friday (02/22/08) and I took one pill each morning for 3 days and on the 4th day I started taking 2 pills a day as the label recommends. Today is my 6th day on the Lingzhi pills and I have lost a total of 5 lbs. It works by decreasing your appetite significantly.
